- Dip the cloth, wring it out well and wipe gently.
- Do not soak the dumbbells or use too much water, as this can damage them.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, usually within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Returns
Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email ninecapetown@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. For change-of-mind returns, the return courier fee is deducted from your refund. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
