Welcome to Nine. This website is operated by Nine Cape Town (Pty) Ltd, trading as Nine. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service, subject to your rights under applicable law.

1. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate, although slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Nine is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to update product pricing and availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Capitec Pay and available buy-now-pay-later options.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable items.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Nine delivers nationwide within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.

While we aim to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur. We will communicate any significant delays and honour your applicable consumer rights.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website.

Our policies do not limit your rights under South African consumer protection legislation.

5. Product Use

Our products are intended for their described purposes and should be used in accordance with any provided care and safety instructions.

Nine is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow product instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Website Content

All website content, including images, text, branding and designs, belongs to Nine or its respective owners and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

We reserve the right to update website content and correct errors where necessary.
